Ingredients

2 cups lentils, cooked
2 cups can tomato sauce/or 1 14 1/2-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
2-3 eggs, beaten
1 cup pecan meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. onion, dehydrated
1 cup fresh carrots, grated
1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce and mix thoroughly. Put into an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon spaghetti sauce over top before baking, if desired. Bake a 350*F. oven for 1 hour. Makes 10
