Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tsp dried rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    4 (4oz) boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp butter or margarine
    4 small granny smith or Braeburn apples, peeled and sliced
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    dash of salt

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, and sprinkle over pork.

heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork from skillet. Cover and keep warm.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples and remainng ingredients, and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Serve apples with pork.
