1/2 c. flax seed meal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. whey protein powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 c. cornflakes
2 c. rice crispies
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. crushed mixed nuts
1 1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 c. egg beaters
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Transfer mixture to a 9x13 pan, patting evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow it to cool. Cut into bars. Makes 28 bars. Aftercooled and cut wrap and store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
