Ingredients

    1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
    16 oz whole wheat linguine
    1 Tbsp EVOO
    1/2 c roasted red peppers, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c sun dried tomatos
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    3 Tbsp basil
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare pasta. Heat EVOO in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic to skillet and saute about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked. Drian cooked pasta and combine with chicken and remaining ingredients, except parmesan. Cook over low heat, mixing frequently. Top with parmesan and serve immediately.
