Ingredients

800g ground beef, cooked and drained
400g cooked pasta
250g ricotta cheese
200g low fat mozzarella, grated
8 medium tomatos, pureed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
5 fresh mushrooms, chopped
dried oregano, basil, chili powder to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the pasta and drain.
Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add the ricotta, tomatoes and spices to the beef and cook over low heat.
Sautee the veggies and add to the beef.
Mix the beef/veggie with the cooked pasta.
Pour the mixed beef/veggie/pasta into a non-stick 9x13 inch baking pan.
Cover with grated mozzarella.
Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 servings, approximately 311 calories each!
