Introduction

Kind of a pantry and freezer cleaner. Not too thick, but definitely chunky. Rinsing beans and using no salt tomatoes cuts down on sodium. Ingredients

    1.25 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    4.5 cups of Roasted Turkey, mixed meat, diced
    1.5 Large Onions, chopped
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1 T. Olive Oil
    5 T. Chili Powder
    1 T. Red Pepper Flakes
    1 T. Dona Flora Bean Supreme Spice Mix
    1 T. Dona Flora Hot Salsa Spice Mix
    2 15oz cans Diced Peeled Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    15.5 oz can Cannellini Beans, drained & rinsed
    2 15 oz cans Black Beans, drained & rinsed
    15 oz can Red Beans, Louisiana Style
    8 oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    1 T. Steak Sauce
    2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
    2 12 oz cans Coke Zero
    2 cubes of chicken bouillon

Directions

Filled my 6 quart Crockpot. About 12 servings

In large saute pan add olive oil, onions & garlic. Saute over Med-Med Hi heat until the onions start to soften. Add ground turkey. Cook until Turkey is browned. Add Chopped roasted turkey. Stir. Add Chili Powder, Red Pepper Flakes and other spices. To 6 quart crockpot add remaining ingredients except for coke zero and bouillon. Stir in turkey mixture. Pour Coke Zero on top and add chicken bouillon. Cook in crockpot for 5 1/2- 6 hours.
