Ingredients

    Oat bran - 2-1/4 cups
    Cocoa - 1/4 cup
    Brown Sugar - 2/3 cup, packed
    Milk, skim - 1-1/4 cups
    Applesauce, unsweetened - 1/2 cup
    Egg whites - 2
    Baking Powder - 1 T
    Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup (chopped up some - or use mini chips)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, put into muffin pan, bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until done.
