    4 chicken breast (skinless)
    1 bag broccoli
    1 can creamy chicken soup ( 98% fat free)
    1/2 cup fat free Mayo
    2cups Fat free cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup skim milk


Boil chicken breast (about 1 hour)
Boil broccoli (about 20 minutes)

Mix chicken soup, mayo, and skim milk together
tear chicken off bones( if it has any) and tear into strips.
Place chicken in 9x9 baking dish (sprayed w/cooking oil so this wont stick to dish)
Place Broccoli over chicken
Pour soup mixture over all.
Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top

Cover and cook 30 Minutes then remove cover and cook another 5 Minutes.
This dish is good served over rice. (White or Brown)

    The nutritional information is incorrect. Per nutrition breakdown, cals per serving for 1/2 chicken breast = 43. Half a chicken breast is closer to 143 cals. I have not yet made this recipe, but am planning on it (with revised nutritonal info). - 4/21/13

    THIS WAS AMAZING! i cooked it on 350 and it turned out perfect. although the bread crumbs from the stuffing pack sounds really good!!! - 4/8/10
