    1 yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges with juice
    1/2 c oil

    1 16 oz tub of Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light
    1 can mandarin oranges -drained
    1 can pineapple tidbits - drained
    1 lg pkg Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding (can use sugar free-fat free version)


Cake: Mix ingredients and bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes

Whip topping together and put on cooled cake. Refridgerate.
