Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    Chicken Flavored Rice
    Cream of Celery Soup
    Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 c water
    salt (optional)

Directions

Put rice in crock pot w/ water. Combine soups and layer on top of rice. Salt chicken & layer chicken in crock pot. Set on high for 4-5 hours or low or autoshift for 7-10 hours.

    We substituted cream of mushroom with cream of chicken. My daughter LOVES this recipe. Her only complaint was not enough rice, so I doubled up on the rice, water and soups next time I made it. Huge success! A little soupy upon serving, but left overs firm up and awesome! - 1/11/16

    Very Good
    This was very good, but not as good as I thought it would be. I think I will try red-fat cream of chicken soup next time to give it a creamier taste. My husband thought it was really good as is. - 9/15/07

    This was soo easy to prepare and the family enjoyed it! I added frozen corn after it was all cooked and my one year old son devoured it! - 8/20/07
