    Garlic, crushed 1 clove
    Olive oil, 1 tbsp
    Vinegar, 1 tsp
    Salt and pepper


Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash. Add max 1/4 of garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
