This is a wonderful sweet treat. This is a wonderful sweet treat.
Number of Servings: 20


    Almonds 2oz (50g)
    Cocoa (unsweetened) 50g
    Honey 3 tbsp
    Sesame seeds 6 tbsp (50g)(4oz)


Place the seeds and almonds in a processor and grind until fine and powdery. Add the cocoa powder and honey to make a dough.(stiff) If you want add some desiccated coconut.
Form the mixture into small walnut sized balls and roll in (if you want) extra cocoa or coconut. Chill until required. They will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
