    1/2 c quick oats
    1/2 c liquid egg whites
    1 oz vanilla or unflavored protein powder
    dash cinnamon
    dash salt

Directions

mix, poor into skillet with nonstick spray, cook until bubbles form and edges start to look dry. Flip over and cook another minute or until done.

Top with peanut butter, syrup, or whatever you like.
