Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat milk
    8 oz V8 V.Fusion Light
    1 Yo Plus Yogurt
    6 lg Strawberries
    1 md Banana
    .25 cup Oats
    2 tbsp Flax Seed
    1 serving Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed. You can substitute other fruits, and use any flavor of light fruit juice and yogurt you like. You can make it thinner by adding more liquid, and thicker by using less.
