Ingredients

    4 Tbsp lowfat plain yogurt
    4 Tbsp mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp vinegar
    2 Tbsp milk
    1 Tbsp honey
    Cabbage, green, half a head, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
    2 Tbsp flax seeds

Directions

Thinly slice cabbage, sprinkle with fresh cround pepper and kosher salt to taste. Mix first five ingredients. Pour over cabbage, toss. Sprinkle on seeds, toss. Makes 8 servings.

    This recipe is so yummy! I didn't use the seeds only because I don't care for them. Kids had fun making this one with mom! ;) - 6/17/09
