Introduction

The kids love to help mix this and it was their idea to add the bacon bits!
I put in everything I have on my burger so it is all added up.
You can actually make smaller burgers and yield twelve instead of eight, but we like them big!!

Ingredients

    * 93% Lean Ground Beef, 36 oz
    * Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Catsup, 3 tbsp
    * *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving
    * *BacOs Bacon Bits, 3 tbsp
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 8 leaf
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 small whole (2-2/5" dia)
    * *Vlasic Ovals Hamburger Dill Chips, 4 oz
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    * Yellow Mustard, 8 tsp or 1 packet
    * *Smart Beat Non Fat Mayonnaise, 8 tbsp
    * Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 8 slice
    Hamburger buns (8)

Directions

This makes 8 (1/3 lb) hamburgers and includes the condiments.
You can make smaller burgers and yield 12 (1/4 lb) burgers but then you have to adjust the condiments and buns nutritional values accordingly.
Mix the first six ingredients adding a dash of pepper and garlic salt to taste.
The other ingredients are assembled on the buns.
