Ingredients

    2 cups Splenda
    1/2 c organic milk
    2 tbsp sweetened cocoa
    8 tbsp margarine, low in saturaed fat and no trans fat
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup peanut butter light
    2 cups oats

Directions

Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Spoon with a tablespoon onto waxed papper and let cool. Cookies will be ready in about 30 minutes. Makes 26.

    Incredible!
    These were great! So rich, 1/2 a cookie is good enough for a little while, lol. Make sure that you let the peanut butter melt all the way before adding the oats, its easier to stir that way. And if you don't have wax paper, I didn't, just use a piece of foil on a cookie sheet and spray with PAM. - 8/18/09

    My elementry school cafeteria served these about 40 years ago-i know because my mother got the recipe from the school,this recipe brings me back to my childhood - 7/10/09
