Ingredients

    1 cup fat free yogurt
3/4 cup fat free dessert topping (e.g. Cool Whip)
8 full sheets low fat graham crackers

Directions

Thoroughly mix yogurt and dessert topping with a wisk or electric beater. This improves the consistantancy and texture once it is frozen by adding air. Put mixture in freezer until it is very thick, but not completely frozen (an hour or so).

Break each graham cracker sheet in half horizontally so you have 16 squares. Place 8 squares on individual pieces of saran wrap.

Stir the partially frozen yogurt mixture and put about 2 spoonfuls on each of the 8 graham squares. Top each with a second graham square. Wrap in the saran wrap and freeze.

These can be made in any flavor by using flavored yogurt or adding extract to plain or vanilla yogurt.

YUMMY!! I make something similar to this. It was something I got from Weight Watchers. Instaed of frozen sandwiches I layer graham crackers, your fav yogurt and cool whip 2-3 and refrigerate. I usually use lemon yogurt. It tastes JUST like lemon cream pie! THANKS!! - 3/25/10

I'm going to try this with the chocolate grahams. Doesn't add too many more calories and satisfies my chocolate craving. - 8/9/13

Nice idea, and great use for Cool Whip, but don't I see chocolate in the accompanying picture? Not part of the ingredients or nutritional breakdown. - 8/9/13
