Ingredients

    1 cup shredded cabbage
    2 carrots shredded
    1 small onion shredded
    Vinaigrette
    1/4 cup Hellman's light mayo
    1/8 cup vinegar ( i use white)
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tbsp worcestershire
    salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all the shredded veggies together.
In a boul, mix together all the vinaigrette ingredients.
Pour on the veggies and leave in the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
Keeps a long time but it won't happen !!! Too good.

    Very Good
    A reasonably goof facsimile! My wife and i enjoyed it. I made a double batch and after shredding two carrot, i opted not to shred two more despite the doubled amount. Carrots i had were fairly large and slight alone said that’s was plenty. 1 large carrot or two mediums would do well. - 3/8/20
