Introduction

Homemade taco meat without using a seasoning package from the store! Love to use it just like this on crunchy tacos. For burritos add a can of refried beans---mmm! Easy! Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, brown it then add
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/8 t dry minced garlic)
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef until mostly cooked then add onions and cook until beef is done and onions are tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Super EASY!
