1 cup skim milk
1 medium apple
1 medium banana
1 serving del monte mandarin oranges (with juice)
0.5 cups frozen blueberries
Directions
Core and slice one medium apple, and slice banana.
Add apple and banana slices to blender with one serving mandarin oranges (juice included). Pour milk over top and blend for one minute.
Add 0.5 cups frozen blueberries. Continue blending until smooth.
