Introduction

I lightened up Dad's old recipe.

Also see my even lighter version. It is the same recipe for the patty - just minus the cheese and mayo.

Ingredients

2 cans starkist chunk light Tuna in water, drained
    2 Egg whites
13 Nabisco Saltine Crackers, crumbled into small pieces
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    8 slices Bread
4 slices Kraft Free American Cheese Singles
    4 Tbsp. Kraft Light Mayonnaise

Directions

Mix tuna, egg whites, crackers, salt and pepper in small bowl.

Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Form tuna mixture into 4 patties and place in pan on medium heat. Cook 3-5 minutes on the first side. When the bottom of the patties are golden brown, flip them and add the cheese. Cook 3-5 minutes.

NOTE: I use 'Italian Bread.' This is just like normal white bread, but only 40 calories a slice.

You can make a lighter version of this by leaving out the cheese and mayo. I can't resist it myself, but if you have the self-control that I lack, it will have the following nutritional values:
