Introduction

Ingredients

    2/3 C shortning
    2/3 C butter like spread (Move Over Butter)
    1 C sugar substitute (Splenda)
    1 C packed brown sugar
    1/2 C egg substitute (EggBeaters)
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 1/2 C all purpose flour
    1 1/2 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp. salt substitute (NoSalt)
    1 12oz. bag Milk chocolate chips

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt substitute, and baking soda. Set aside.
In large bowl cream shortning and butter spread.
Add brown sugar and Splenda, mix till combined. Add egg substitute and vanilla, mix till combined.
Stir in flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon on to cookie sheet and bake 7-10 min.
Makes 36 cookies.
I like to spread them in a jelly roll pan and then cut them nto 36 bars.
Remember to leave the mixer in the cabinet!!! Hand mixing burns more calories!!
