    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, whole
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup
    Ice Cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Serve.

    I just started making smoothies and this is my favorite. I use fresh fruit and it’s still amazing. Just watch out if you are only making for one or two it makes a lot. I usually cut everything in half. :) - 1/18/20

  • Very yummmy! i used frozen fruit and I used Vanilla Soy instead of the dairy...excellent vegan option and sooo good! Almost milkshake tasting! A wonderful treat! Thanks! - 2/11/12
