Ingredients

    1 box of Spice Cake mix
    14 - 15 oz canned pumpkin, or 1 3/4 cups
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/8 cup mini cinnamon chips
    1/4 cup white chocolate chips
    1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
    1/4 cup raisins (I like golden)

Directions

1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 - Mix together cake mix, pumpkin and milk until smooth. Add in the chips and raisins.

3 - Pour mix into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes, and cool.

Makes 23-24 muffins.
