Ingredients

    Pumpkin Seeds - 2 cups
    Butter - 1/2 cup
Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic - 1/4 teaspoon
Tastefully Simple Fiesta Party Dip Mix - 1/4 teaspoon
    Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon

Directions

I clean off most of the pumpkin pulp off of the seeds, but intentionally leave a little on. Soak in salted water for an hour or so. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain off water. Add butter and seasonings to seeds and microwave long enough to melt butter. Spread them out on a cookie sheet with sides. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir around, then continue baking stirring them around every 7-8 minutes until dark golden brown. Spread out on paper towel to absorb extra butter. Then eat'm up! My dandy little pumpkin (pictured) holds 1/4 cup serving nicely!! Makes aproximately 8 1/4-cup servings.
