Ingredients

    3 1/2 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil
    1 large yellow onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    2 cups clamato juice
    2 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1 cup dry red wine
    4 garlic cloves crushed
    4 tbs. fresh herbs or 11/2 tsp. dried
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. kalamata olives chopped
    1 15 oz. can navy beans
    1 poiund firm fish - tilapia
    2 tsp. fennel seeds crushed
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute peppers and onion in oil from sun dried tomatoes. Blend sun dried tomatoes with clamato juice. Add to pot along with diced tomatoes, wine, garlic, herbs, bay leaves, and olives. Simmer 20 min. Add beans, fishm fennel seeds, salt and pepper. Simmer until fish is done about 10 min.
