    2 packages McDonald's Spicy Buffalo sauce
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 breasy boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 cup celery, duced
    1 cup carrots, diced
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
    2 cups uncooked penne


Season and cook chicken breast, dice or shred.

Boil pasta to al dente. Drain.

When finished add remaining ingredients and heat through. 5-1 cup servings
