    1 egg
    1 tbsp milk, 1%
    1/2 tbsp scallions, chopped
    1/2 tbsp thyme leaves, chopped
    pinch black pepper
    pinch salt
    1/4 cup asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
    1 tbsp water
    1 tbsp goat cheese
    Chives, for garnish


Combine ingredients and cook in skillet until set.
