Introduction

This is recipe I made up on my own. I wasn't able to find these ingredients mixed together on the internet, so I decided they'd go good together. If you know of a similar ingredient or are Mexican and can shed some light on this recipe, please let me know. It can be eaten as a meal or used as a 3 layer dip. This is recipe I made up on my own. Ingredients

    1/2 can of Crushed Tomatillos
    1 can of Refried Beans
    1 package of Vegan Gourmet Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

I don't have a stove, so I had to heat these things up separately in the microwave. The refried beans took about 1 1/2-2 minutes, the Tomatillos took about 45 seconds, and the Monterey Jack Cheese took 2 minutes (but at 30 second intervals). Then I put it on a meatloaf pan. The Refried beans, Tomatillos and Monterey Jack Cheese (in that order).

Makes about 4-6 servings, depending on how big your appetite is.
