    2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 large green pepper
    Jalapeno slices
    2 stalks of celery
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 can black beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 packets of chili seasoning


Cut up pepper and celery into pot with the chicken breasts. After they cook completely, remove from pot and dice chicken. Add Chicken back to pot.

Add all remaining ingredients, blend well and let simmer.

    This recipe is delicious! I had to cut it back a little because I was only serving 3, but that was pretty easy to do. Very good left over also! - 1/20/10
