Introduction

One I found here from STARBERR1E but tweaked a bit and wanted to get actual calorie count for it after changing a bit. One I found here from STARBERR1E but tweaked a bit and wanted to get actual calorie count for it after changing a bit.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    3 tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
    16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast

    (pepper, garlic, italian seasoning optional and to taste)

Directions

Place chicken and italian dressing in gallon size zip bag. Shake, marinate for a couple hours.

Place all seasoning and bread crumbs in a bowl and mix together by hand. Then lay out crumbs on flat surface.

Roll chicken in bread crumbs, making sure both sides are covered.

Place on cookie sheet or baking dish and bake at 350 until well done in center.
