Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 carrots diced
    3 potatoes diced
    1 parsnip diced
    1 turnip diced
    1.8 pounds of top round cut into small chunks
    1 cup beef broth
    1tbl Worcestershire (more if you like)
    1 glove garlic ( I do 3)
    Dash of oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 tbls salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    1 onion chopped
    3 celery stocked chopped up
    1/4 c red wine

Directions

Place everything into the crock pot. Stir to mix in the spices. Cover and set on low 10 to 12 hours...my pot runs at about 7.

I also tend to go heavier on the seasoning.
