Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 - 14.75 oz. cans Cream Style Corn
    2 T Butter
    2 T Flour
    2 large Eggs

Directions

Makes approx. 12 servings in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Preheat oven to 350° oven.

In a microwave safe dish, melt butter. Mix flour in to butter until smooth. Slightly beat eggs and add to butter/flour mixture and stir well. Add cream style corn and mix well. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and pour corn into dish. Bake for approx. 45 minutes until set and brown around the edges.
