    -1 tbsp olive oil
    -1 tbsp parmesan cheese
    -5 boneless, skinless chicken breast ( 4oz each)
    -10 oz bag of spinach
    -10 oz can of tomato sauce
    -1 tbsp minced garlic
    - Sea salt and ground pepper


1.Pre heat oven to 400 �F.

2.Place a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a large baking dish.

3.In a large skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Once heated, add chicken breast. If chicken was frozen, make sure it is thawed. Cook chicken long enough to brown both sides. Once browned, place chicken side by side in the large baking dish.

4.Without draining the pan, add half the spinach to the pan and cook until slightly wilted. Put the wilted spinach on top of the chicken in the baking dish. Do the same with the other half of the spinach.

5.Pour the rest of the tomato sauce evenly over chicken and spinach. Season to taste with sea salt and ground pepper.
6. Cover baking dish with foil.

7. Cook on 400 �F for 35 minutes.

8.Remove baking dish and check to make sure chicken is fully cooked (at least 165 �F, with no pink showing the in center). If chicken is not fully cooked, cover the baking dish and cook chicken in 10 minute increments until fully cooked
9.When fully cooked, sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over entire dish.
