Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 7 oz
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Pepper, white, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, 4 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .25 cup

Directions

Cook Rice per package instructions
Cook chicken and cut chicken into 1" chucks - set aside

melt butter and add onions - saute onions until they reconsititute a bit or if fresh, brown

add salt, white pepper and curry powder - stir into onion and butter

add flour and mix in for about a minute

add chicken broth, stir until thickened

add tomato sauce and raisins

Combine chicken, sour cream and yogurt and then slowly add to stovetop mixture (adding a bit of stovetop into the bowl of chicken will help gradually increase temps to avoid curdling)

Add rice to chicken and sauce mixture - serve hot
