    1 tbsp olive oil
    1lb. of diced chicken
    1 clove of garlic
    1 can (14oz) of low sodium chick broth
    1 cup of water
    2 cups of fat free half and half
    16oz. of chopped broccoli and mushrooms
    1/2 cup of parmesan cheese


*cook pasta as directed.
*dice up chicken and cook in skillet with olive oil.
*in large skillet combine chicken broth, water, half and half, garlic and parmesan cheese, bring to a boil.
*let thicken a little
*add chicken and broccoli to sauce with cooked noodles.
*mix together and let sit for a few minutes to let thicken.
