Introduction

Ingredients

Butter, I can't believe it's not butter light, 1/4 c.
Splenda Brown Sugar 1/2 c.
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 Tbsp
Applesauce 1/4 c
Egg Whites, 1
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Gold Medal Better for Bread flour, 1 cup
Pillsbury Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup
Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp
Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
Quaker Oats, 1/2 cup
SunMaid Raisins, 1/4 cup
Amport Chopped Dates, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix butter and sugars together. Add egg white and vanilla.
Mix all dry ingredients (except oats) and slowly add into butter and sugar. When well blended add oatmeal. Add raisins and dates last.
Put spoonfuls onto sprayed baking pans and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
