Ingredients

3 lbs Chicken Wings (approx 35 wings)
1 tsp Salt (or enough to coat chicken)
1 tsp Black Pepper (or enough to coat chicken)
    1/2 cup Honey
    1/2 cup Barbeque Sauce
2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard (for sweeter wings use Dijon)
    1 Clove garlic, minced
3 to 4 thin lemon slices

Directions

Preheat broiler. Cut off wing tips; dicard. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 pieces (or buy chicken wingettes). Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to crock pot slow cooker once broiled on both sides.

Combine honey, barbeque sauce, mustard and garlic in small bowl; mix well. Pour sauce over chicken wings. Top with lemon slices. Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours. Before serving, remove and discard lemon slices. Serve wings with sauce.

I am confused here. Who does the nutritional calculations for these recipes? Does this recipe include the skin? I will grant you they would never taste as good without the skin on, but I found this on another website
per wing with skin 99 cals. 6.62 grams of fat each. Please help. Love wings

I added Franks Red Hot to the sauce for a little kick. I like dthe method of cooking and then crock poting, they were so tender.I broiled them for much longer than they stated to ensure no saggy wings. However i did not find the dijon mustard sweeter i would perhaps try actual honey mustard instead - 3/16/11
