Introduction

This recipe is a modified version of something I got from Bagel Bagel. I loved the original recipe but I didn't want to think about the calories, so I tried to make it healthier. The result was even better than the original (at least I think so). This recipe is a modified version of something I got from Bagel Bagel. Ingredients

2 slices of turkey back cut in half
2 thin slices of small/medium tomato
2 tbsp (approx) of fat free or low fat cream cheese (I use the garden flavor but you can adjust to your own tastes)
    100 calorie mini bagel

Directions

Prep:
Thaw out bacon, slice tomato, cut bagel in half and pull out cream cheese.

Cook:
Cook turkey bacon as directed on package.
When bacon is almost finished, toast bagel.
When bagel is done, spread about 1 tbsp cream cheese on each side of bagel, then top with tomato and turkey bacon.

If desired sprinkle reduced fat shredded cheese on top (calories for this not included in recipe).
