Introduction

This is a yummy way to cook salmon, I serve with mashed cauliflower (see my recipe)and a bright colorful vegetable like broccoli or carrots. Salmon can also be served on a bed of brown rice. Ingredients

    2 4oz pieces of Alaskan Salmon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp light brown sugar
    1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Directions

2 4oz salmon fillets rinsed and patted dry, mix soy sauce, brown sugar and ground ginger in a small dish, place salmon fillets on a cookie sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon the soy mixture over the fillets and place in a 350 preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes.
