Ingredients

    1 lb roast (venison, beef or pork) cut in chunks
    1 1/2 tbsp onion flakes
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/8 cup cider vinegar
    1 tbsp chili powder/flakes
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Add ingredients to crockpot in order & cook on high for 1 hour then turn to low and cook 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
Shred & serve on warm buns.
Makes 8 buns

    This is the best bbq recipe ever, However, I do fix it a little more different I use 1 can of cambells tomato soup instead of tomato past an do not use the minced onion. Also, this bbq recipe is good for almost anything you may want to fix with it whether it be boneless pork ribs chicken anytype. - 11/8/09

    Loved this recipe! I didn't have any tomato paste so I used 1.5 cups of Heinz ketchup instead. It wasn't the healthiest alternative, but it was all I had. - 7/19/10
