Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef (90%)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup grated zucchini
    1/2 cup grated carrot
    4 TBS beef boullion
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

Put beef boullion in sauce pan with vegetables. Cook and stir until water is absorbed. Add to ground beef with worcestershire sauce. Form 5 patties about 3/4 inch thick and place on broiler rack 3" from heat. Broil for 10 minutes on each side.

We serve on a bed of lettuce with a sauce made from chopped tomato, sauerkraut, prepared mustard, and horseradish (blended in blender until smooth) Sauce is not included in nutritional information
