Introduction

Breaded coconut shrimp with an asian twist. Breaded coconut shrimp with an asian twist.

Ingredients

    20 large peeled shrimp
    1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 tbsp shredded coconut
    1/8 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp flour

Directions

Dry shrimp, and create one plate with flour, one with egg white and one with panko bread crumbs mixed with coconut. Coat shrimp in flour, then egg white, then panko crumbs and coconut, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375*F.
