Introduction
Dorothy Lynch is a Midwestern-style sweet French dressing. It is a staple in my family, but their version is high in fat and sugar, so I have been working on a modified version. You can do a fatfree version with no oil and 1 cup water, but I prefer the texture of a little bit of oil.It tastes better to use white vinegar, but I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.
