Introduction

A rendition of Jamie Oliver's classic salad from his book Jamie's Dinners. Beefed up with broccoli, pine nuts, and romaine to feed 12 people. Ingredients

    1 red onions chopped
    1 can of Chick Peas, drained
    1 package Athenos - Feta Cheese - cumbled with Garlic and Herb,
    1 head of Romaine Lettuce chopped
    2 lemons juiced
    Approx one small handful of Fresh Mint, shredded
    Approx one small handful of Basil, shredded
    1/4 to 1/2 c Olive Oil (judge for yourself how much you care to use. We used approx 1/4 c mixed in with salad
    1/2-3/4 c toasted Pine Nuts
    2 small heads of broccoli florets only.
