Ingredients

    lettuce, half head (any lettuce except iceburg)
    red cabbage, sliced, half cup
    carrot one, sliced
    cucumber, half, diced
    tomato, small, diced
    sprouts, any kind, 1 oz
    sunflower and pumpkin seeds, raw, 1/2 oz each
    salt, 1/2 tsp
    olive oil, 3 tbsp
    balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp (or any vinegar)

Directions

Chop lettuce and cabbage into bit sized pieces, which makes it easier to eat all this stuff. Luke and I make and our salads in 2 GIANT metal bowls, and eat from them directly.
