Introduction
Use chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu for protein with this dish, and serve over rice, quinoa or couscous. Can make it spicier by adding hot peppers or cayenne pepper. Ingredients

SAUCE:
0.5 cup Ketchup
4 tsp Soy Sauce
0.5tsp Salt
3tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1.5tsp Sesame Oil
0.25tsp Cayenne Pepper
0.5cup Chicken Broth
REST:
2tbsp Cornstarch
0.5tsp Sugar
0.25tsp Salt
18 oz Protein (Chicken, shrimp, tofu, pork, etc)
0.25cup Olive Oil
2-3tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger
1 clove Minced Fresh Garlic
1 small Onion
2 Red peppers
2 carrots
2 cups broccoli.snow peas
1.5 Cups cahsews
Optional: Sprinkling of sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add protein and toss. Heat wok or frying pan to highest heat. Add oil. Heat to hot, not smoking. Add protein, ginger, garlic and onion. Stir until protein is cooked (about 1 min). Add peppers and carrots. Stir 2-3 mins. Add broccoli and sauce. Cook until sauce comes to a boil. Add cashews and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately over rice or other whole grain. Serves 6.
