Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, lean
2 - 28 oz can Pinto or Pink beans (drained)
2 - 28 oz can Red Kidney Beans (drained)
    1 - 12 oz can Tomato Paste, or 2 can (6 oz)
1 - 15.5 oz canned Tomatoes, any kind is fine (entire can)
    1 cup Onions, chopped
1 1/4 cup Vinegar, any kind is fine
    2.5 tbsp Chili powder
The rest of the ingredients can be altered to taste or desired "heat". My family likes it HOT

1 to 3 Habenero Peppers chopped, finely chopped
1 to 3 fresh or 1/2 cup jarred Jalapeno Pepper, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 cup Salsa, Any kind

Directions

Brown Ground beef and then rinse off any remaining grease and drain. Add to large crock pot the beef and all other ingredients and cook for 4 to 6 hours in crock pot. You can do it on the stove in large pot as well and bring to simmer and then serve, but it's better and hotter if it cooks for a while. Serve with shredded cheese, crackers, corn bread or fritos.
Makes about 12 - 1 1/2 cup servings
