Ingredients

    *Swai fillets
    *Olive Oil
*McCormick Grill Mates or other favorite seasoning mixture.
    *juice from 1 Lemon

Tips

My Children hate fish but they love Swai. It is very kid friendly but it may be better to put lighter seasoning on a child's portion.

Directions

Pat each filet fry, with a paper towel. (Excess water will cause soggie fish) Place Olive oil in large skillet( I used stainless steal) and heat to med high. while heating coat the fronts and back of fish with seasoning. place fish in pan allow to cook about 2 minutes on each side only turning once. Be careful as the fish cooks and burns very quickly. When the fish flakes easily with a fork its done. Add a squeeze of lemon juice across fish towards the end of cooking. I usually serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
